Total Quality Management

From raw material procurement to product delivery of the whole process, we will be quality awareness into every link. In the raw material procurement stage, strictly select suppliers, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations, and strictly inspect each batch of raw materials to ensure that their quality meets high standards. In the production process, a sound quality management manual is formulated to clarify the responsibilities of each department and position in quality control, so that each employee knows the importance of quality. At the same time, actively introduce advanced quality management concepts and methods, regularly organize employees to participate in quality management training, enhance the quality awareness of all staff, and form a good atmosphere in which everyone pays attention to quality and everyone participates in quality control. to ensure that every screw rotor can meet or even exceed industry standards.
Process Quality Control
Process quality control runs through every process of screw rotor processing. At the production site, each device is equipped with an advanced online monitoring system to collect key parameters in the processing process in real time, such as cutting temperature, tool wear, and workpiece size changes. Once the parameters are found to be abnormal, the system immediately sends out an alarm to prompt the operator to make adjustments, effectively avoiding quality problems caused by out-of-control processing. In addition, a number of quality inspection points are set up to carry out strict inspection of semi-finished products, and only qualified semi-finished products can enter the next process. For key processes, the system of "first piece inspection, patrol inspection and final piece inspection" is implemented to ensure the quality and stability of each batch of products in key links. Quality Data Analysis
Quality data analysis is an important means for DEPA Precision to continuously improve product quality. We have built a complete data acquisition and analysis system to collect all kinds of quality data in the production process, including raw material quality data, process parameter data, product inspection data, etc. The use of professional data analysis software, in-depth mining and analysis of these data, drawing quality control charts, trend charts, etc., timely discovery of the law of quality fluctuations and potential quality risks. Through data analysis, we can accurately locate the root of quality problems and provide a scientific basis for process improvement and equipment adjustment. For example, through the analysis of the size data of multiple batches of products, it is found that a certain equipment has a small accuracy deviation under specific processing conditions, and the equipment is adjusted and optimized accordingly, which effectively improves the consistency and stability of the product.
Factory test
Every screw rotor to be delivered is subject to rigorous factory testing. In terms of performance testing, various working conditions of screw rotors in practical applications, such as different pressure, temperature, and speed conditions, are simulated to test key performance indicators such as compression efficiency, flow, noise, and vibration to ensure that the product can be used in actual use Stable and reliable operation. In terms of safety testing, the structural strength and dynamic balance performance of the rotor are comprehensively tested to prevent potential safety hazards such as fracture and imbalance during high-speed operation. In addition, the appearance of the product will be carefully checked to ensure that the surface is free of defects and the coating is complete. Only screw rotors that have passed all factory test items will be allowed to be packaged and shipped to ensure that every product received by customers is high quality.
Sampling test
Sampling test is an important way to monitor the quality of mass-produced screw rotors. Based on scientific sampling standards, we randomly select a certain number of samples from each batch of products for comprehensive testing. The sampling process strictly follows the relevant standards and specifications to ensure that the samples are representative. In addition to the same performance and quality testing as the factory test, more in-depth micro-analysis of the sampled products, such as metallographic tissue testing, chemical composition analysis, etc., will be carried out to identify potential quality problems. Through sampling testing, we can grasp the quality status of batch products in a timely manner. Once quality abnormalities are found, we can quickly take measures to investigate and deal with the entire batch of products to effectively reduce quality risks and protect customer rights.
